  • Enjoy the flexibility of our gym access! Each location has specific staffed hours, and once you're signed up, 24-hour access is yours. In Bloomington, 24-hour access is available as an optional add-on. We are staffed during the following times:

    Bloomington: M-F 8am-8pm, Sat. 10am-8pm, Sun. 12pm-6pm

    Bedford: M-F 8am-12pm, 4pm-8pm, Sat. 12pm-6pm

    Paoli: M-F 8am-12pm, 4pm-8pm, Sat. & Sun. 12pm-6pm

    Delphi: M-F 4-8pm, Sat. 9am-12pm

  • Take the first step towards your fitness journey by visiting the location of your choice. While online sign-ups aren't available at this time, our front desk is ready to assist with any questions you may have. We look forward to welcoming you to our fitness family!

  • Discover our membership pricing on your location's dedicated page. For inquiries about special rates, please reach out to our front desk staff at your preferred location.

  • We welcome young fitness enthusiasts! Children aged 12-15 can work out with a parent or guardian, while those 16 and above only need a signed waiver. Please note, children under 12 are not permitted. We currently do not provide childcare services.

  • Yes, elevate your fitness routine with our diverse group exercise classes at The Studio by IFC in Bloomington. Join a supportive community that makes fitness enjoyable!

  • All Personal Trainers are independent of IFC and vary in schedules and pricing. Email us at info@indianafitnessclubs.com for a list of approved trainers at each location and personalize your fitness journey.

  • You may see similar/the same designs on multiple pieces in our shop, but they will be priced differently. We carry a few different brands, some are of higher quality than others. Comfort Colors comes with a higher price tag than Gildan, for example.

  • Absolutely! Reach out to us at info@indianafitnessclubs.com to submit your ideas for IFC apparel.

  • Indulge in relaxation with saunas available exclusively for IFC Premier members. Unfortunately, we currently do not offer tanning. We're focused on providing you with a top-notch fitness experience!
