In 2018, Steve and Laura took the reins of IFC Bloomington, marking the beginning of their journey in the fitness industry. Fueled by a shared passion for health and wellness, they have since expanded their vision, bringing the IFC experience to Bedford, Delphi, and Paoli.

Steve, with a robust background in law enforcement in Monroe County, brings a wealth of experience to the IFC family. Having served the community for years, he transitioned into the fitness realm to continue making a positive impact on people's lives. Laura, a seasoned RN, complements the team with her expertise in healthcare and a genuine commitment to well-being.

Rooted in family values, the Hales prioritize community and holistic health. With two daughters of their own, they understand the importance of creating a supportive environment that inspires everyone to embrace an active and healthy lifestyle.
